Kemira sells remaining shares in CPS Color Group Oy to Industri Kapital and MB Funds

Kemira has sold its remaining shares (approx. 27%) in CPS Color Group Oy.  The shares were bought by the other major shareholders in the company, the Industri Kapital 2000 Fund and MB Funds.

Kemira's subsidiary Tikkurila Oy divested its tinting system business in the year 2000, whereby Kemira Oyj entered into a minority holding in CPS Color Group Oy which was established in connection with the divestment.
